Full Price: Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

Markdowns: Products purchased at a discount (other than with a Promotion) or on markdown are eligible for return for store credit within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

Promotional Items: Items purchased using promotional codes or during sales events are eligible for return for store credit only within 14 days from the date of delivery.

FINAL SALE

Products purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or a refund. All Products that are considered Final Sale as listed below or otherwise indicated as "final sale", are not eligible to be returned or refunded.

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Vintage items
  • Hosiery / Lingerie / Intimates
  • Swimwear and bikini bottoms
  • Beauty and skincare products
  • Special Order Items
  • Items indicated as "final sale"
  • International orders (due to logistics complexity)

RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Your Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings in place, and other signature packaging materials, including designer hanging tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where provided. All swimwear and intimate items should be returned with the original protective liner intact. The PR Closet reserves the right to decline any return without proper sanitary lining.

Any returned Products which are worn, used, washed, damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned to our supplier partners and inspected. Due to our dropship model, refunds are generally processed within 2-3 weeks of when the returned item is received at the designated return facility, subject to any shorter refund period which is mandated by applicable law.

RETURN PROCESS

Due to our dropship marketplace model, all returns require prior authorization. Please contact our customer service team at support@theprcloset.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. You will receive detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address for your specific item.

For all orders, any shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

LATE RETURNS

Due to coordination required with multiple supplier partners in our dropship model, we cannot accommodate returns received after the 14-day return window. Products returned outside of the deadline will be returned to the customer at their expense.

EXCHANGES

In an effort to streamline our dropship operations and get refunds issued as quickly as possible, we are not offering direct exchanges at this time. Due to inventory management across multiple supplier partners, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges. If you are interested in a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item following our return process.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Full Price Items: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment
  • Markdown/Sale Items: Store credit will be issued to your account
  • Processing Time: 2-3 weeks after supplier receives and inspects returned item
  • Notification: You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@theprcloset.com with photos of the issue. We will work directly with our supplier partners to resolve the matter and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

RESTOCKING FEES

A restocking fee may apply in the following situations:

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags: $15 fee
  • Items returned outside of specified condition requirements: $25 fee
