The PR Closet is excited to offer a curated marketplace featuring products from select brand partners and suppliers. As a dropship marketplace, orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted supplier network, which allows us to offer you the latest styles and exclusive pieces.

Due to our dropship model with multiple supplier partners, shipping times and methods may vary by product and supplier location. 

The PR Closet is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing. Processing time varies by supplier and product availability. The shipping timeline begins once your order has been processed and shipped by our supplier partner.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different suppliers. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment via email.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Expedited options may be available for select items (displayed at checkout)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently available to select countries
  • Delivery timeframes: 7-21 business days after processing
  • International shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country

International availability varies by supplier. Some items may only be available for domestic shipping.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you're missing items from your shipment or received damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of delivery date. We'll work directly with our supplier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

Standard Returns: Items purchased at regular price are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Due to our dropship model, returns are processed as follows:

  • Return authorization required (contact customer service)
  • Items may need to be returned to the original supplier
  • Refunds processed within 2-3 weeks after supplier receives and inspects returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless item was defective or incorrect

Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount or during promotional sales are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. Same return conditions apply.

Final Sale Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Intimates, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Beauty and skincare products
  • Items over 14 days from delivery date
  • International orders (due to logistics complexity)

RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

All returned items must be:

  • In new, unworn condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging materials
  • Include any accessories, dust bags, or authenticity cards that came with the item
  • Free from odors, stains, makeup, or other contamination

Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.

EXCHANGES

Due to our dropship model and inventory management across multiple suppliers, we cannot guarantee exchanges for size or color. We recommend placing a new order for your desired item and returning the original item following our return process.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery
  2. Receive return authorization and detailed instructions
  3. Package item securely with all original materials
  4. Ship to designated return address (provided with authorization)
  5. Track your return shipment for your records

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are processed to original payment method within 2-3 weeks of supplier receiving returned item
  • Processing time may vary based on supplier location and inspection procedures
  • You will receive email confirmation once refund has been processed
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Price adjustment requests will only be considered if the purchase was made within 3 days of a promotional price change, and only for items that have not been shipped.

LATE RETURNS

Due to coordination required with multiple supplier partners, we cannot accommodate returns received after the 14-day return window.
